What do you mean by a member product, exactly?

Anything your members would pay for because it makes their work or their organization better: certification and education programs, benchmarking and data products, tools and templates, premium content subscriptions, buyer guides, technology resources, and purpose built services. If your members have a recurring problem, there is usually a product inside it, and that product is a revenue center for your association.

Do we need to have a product idea already?

No. Most clients start with a revenue goal, not an idea. We mine member insights to find the problems worth solving, develop a portfolio of concepts, validate them with your members, and then build the winners. If you do have ideas, we pressure test and optimize them before a dollar is spent on development.

Who actually builds and launches the product?
